Shipping Methods
We offer the following shipping options:
- Standard Shipping (7-14 business days): Our most economical option. Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days, then delivered within 7-14 business days.
- Express Shipping (5-10 business days): For customers who need their blender faster. Orders are prioritized and delivered within 5-10 business days of shipment.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on your location and the shipping method selected:
- Standard Shipping: Free on all orders
- Express Shipping: $15.99
All prices are in USD. International shipping rates will be calculated at checkout.
Processing Time
All orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. Processing typically takes 1-2 business days before your order ships.
Delivery Times
Delivery times are estimates and begin after your order ships. Actual delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier conditions. During peak seasons (holidays, sales events), delivery may take an additional 1-2 business days.
International Shipping
We ship to select countries worldwide. International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer. Delivery times for international orders typically range from 10-21 business days, depending on the destination country.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to monitor your shipment's progress in real-time through our carrier's tracking system.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact our customer service team immediately with photos of the damage and your tracking information. We'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive a replacement or refund.
Returns and Exchanges
If you need to return or exchange your Blendly blender, please refer to our Return Policy. Return shipping costs are covered by Blendly for defective products; otherwise, return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
