🍓 Berry Blast

  • 1 cup frozen mixed berries
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1/2 cup milk or yogurt
  • 1 tsp honey (optional)

Add everything, twist the lid on, blend for 20 seconds. Done.

🥭 Tropical Mango

  • 3/4 cup frozen mango chunks
  • 1/4 cup pineapple juice
  • 1/4 cup coconut milk
  • Small squeeze of lime

Blend for 20 seconds. Great one for hot days.

🍫 Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein

  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • 3/4 cup milk of choice
  • 3-4 ice cubes

Blend for 20 seconds. Post-workout go-to.

🥬 Green Morning

  • 1/2 cup spinach
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1/2 cup pineapple chunks (frozen or fresh)
  • 3/4 cup water or coconut water

Blend for 20 seconds. Add a bit more liquid if it's too thick to drink.

☕ Iced Coffee Shake

  • 3/4 cup cold brew or leftover coffee
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 tsp sugar or sweetener of choice
  • Handful of ice

Blend for 15-20 seconds until the ice is fully crushed.
